Wesbank Superseries round 8 took place over the weekend in Cape Town-Killarney race track. S.O.S oil, took the opportunity to invite their staff and customers to join the Liqui Moly team and the drivers for an adrenalin packed day.

The event looked like a Liqui Moly day :), girls handing out posters, flags everywhere and cheerful crowds at the Liqui Moly V.I.P function above the V8 pits.

The Liqui Moly Corvettes with Jaco Correia #10 and brother Danie #12, was as always the best looking team in the V8 pits.

The 1^st heat saw Jaco finishing in 3^rd position and Danie in 8^th.

The second heat started with a little drizzle, but just after the 1^st round Jaco went from 5^th position on the grid to 1^st place and this position he kept right through to the end. Danie finished in 6^th!!

The overall results of the day in the V8’s, Jaco 2^nd place, missing overall 1^st place with a split of a second and Danie overall  6^th place.

Well done to the Correia brothers, you made us proud.

The issue of “Wiel” magazine available now at the airports and in the Woolworths stores, has a baby LM40 sample in the issue and you can see Jaco Correia in his Liqui Moly Corvette in the motorsport reviews almost at the back of the magazine – page 89.
 
Wiel magazine is an Afrikaans magazine, so for those of you who cant understand Afrikaans…there are some good pics of the Audi R8 V10 and some other to at least look at :)
